Terms governing the DC Nexus Labs website and FileOps Nexus software.

These terms apply to the DC Nexus Labs website and FileOps Nexus software distributed by DC Nexus Labs. Additional Microsoft Store terms may apply when the software is obtained through the Microsoft Store.
Permitted use
You may use FileOps Nexus in accordance with the edition and license terms supplied with the software. The Free edition is intended to provide its published Free feature set without requiring a paid license.
File operations
File management can change, move or delete data. Review selected paths and actions before confirming an operation. Recovery and rollback features reduce risk but cannot guarantee recovery in every circumstance.
Backups
Maintain independent backups of important data. FileOps Nexus is not a substitute for a complete backup strategy.
Availability and updates
Features, compatibility and update mechanisms may evolve. DC Nexus Labs may modify or discontinue pre-release, preview or future functionality before public release.
PRO features
Features described as “Coming Soon”, “Planned” or “PRO” are not guaranteed until they are publicly released. Final features, pricing and licensing terms may change before launch.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly required by law. Users remain responsible for verifying operations affecting their files and systems.
