What should I include in a support request?
Include the FileOps Nexus version, Windows version, what you were doing, the exact error message and a screenshot when useful. Do not send confidential file contents.
Does FileOps Nexus upload my files?
The Free edition performs storage and folder analysis locally. It does not automatically upload file contents to DC Nexus Labs.
Where should I download the app?
Use the Microsoft Store or the official DC Nexus Labs download page once public packages are available.
Is PRO already available?
The PRO edition is in final preparation. Public availability and pricing will be announced on this website.
