DC Nexus Labs operates dcnexuslabs.com and develops FileOps Nexus. This policy describes how information is handled by the website and the current FileOps Nexus Free edition.
Website
This website does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioral advertising or a DC Nexus Labs analytics service. The site is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical network information such as IP addresses and request metadata as necessary to provide, secure and deliver the website.
FileOps Nexus Free
FileOps Nexus analyzes storage, folders and files locally on the user’s Windows device. File contents are not automatically uploaded to DC Nexus Labs. The application may store local settings, operational logs, update state and recovery or rollback information required to provide its features.
Internet connections
The application may connect to the Internet to check for software updates or to open official DC Nexus Labs support and product pages. Standard technical network information may be processed by the relevant infrastructure provider.
Support
If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, application version, screenshots and diagnostic details. Please do not send confidential file contents unless specifically necessary and agreed.
FileOps Nexus PRO
The future PRO edition is expected to include online purchase, activation and licensing services. This privacy policy will be updated before those services are launched to describe the specific data and service providers involved.
Data selling
DC Nexus Labs does not sell personal data to advertisers.
